Kilter hit a milestone worth celebrating! AX-1 robots at work on customer farms have now helped growers avoid spraying more than one million litres of herbicide mixture, compared to what conventional broadcast spraying would have used.

A number like that doesn’t happen by accident. It’s the result of the precision our technology was built to deliver, running day after day in real fields, for real farmers. This is exactly the kind of impact we set out to make.

And this happened in less than eight months.

From 1 January to 16 August 2026, 54 AX-1 robots treated a total of 4,265 hectares across Norway, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands and Australia.

Instead of spraying the entire field, AX-1 uses AI-powered vision to tell crops from weeds. Single Drop Technology then applies precise microdroplets directly onto the weeds.

We see the field. We find the weeds. We treat only where needed.

Those litres are never applied at all. They do not land on the soil, and they do not land on the crop that ends up as food on our plates.

The result adds up quickly.

The milestone is based on actual operating data from AX-1 robots at customer farms. The calculation compares AX-1 with conventional broadcast spraying at 250 litres per hectare. Testing and quality assurance are not included.

One million litres less is a number we are genuinely proud of. It represents AX-1 robots doing real work in commercial fields, together with growers choosing a more precise approach to weed control.
